Bill Wyman has certainly changed over the years, and so has the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Originally built in 1928, renovations and improvements have kept this luxury hotel competitive for nearly 100 years. Most recently, in 2006 Wolfgang Puck opened a restaurant at the hotel, which likely had many custom kitchen upgrades involved in its unique design.
